Receiving a parcel

Applicable for 'physical' purchases of items such as PMU Devices and Equipment.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and items stocked we do not offer any returns. Items sold on our site are for use under a high risk area, such as breaking skin.  As we cannot guarantee the item was used in a sterile manner we cannot accept returns.

For this reason we urge you to please review the items in your basket thoroughly before completing your purchase to ensure you have ordered the correct items you were looking for.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery and receipt ,you are protected by consumer regulations and we can in this instance offer a return and exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.  If the item shows wear and tear, signs of use you will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return request is authorised, then your refund will be processed.  The usual process it to automatically refund by the payment method you initially paid with. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
